The Legend of Tartessos is a cycling stages race in individual format called to become a national reference. The race consists of 4 stages with very diverse scenarios through the province of Huelva.
A fast-paced race in a legendary environment, lasting 4 days where mountain biking revives the legend of the Tartessos, the first Western civilization.

In February 2022, the first edition of the The Legend of Tartessos, giving our community even stronger presence on the MTB (Mountain Bike) stage racing calendar at an international level.
Huelva is an extremely active province in the world of biking. The region’s landscape and climate make it the ideal place for enjoying the sport all year round.
At Hotel Fuerte El Rompido, as an official venue for the race, and representing a strategic enclave on the route, we had the opportunity to host two of the four stages: the start and finish.

Cartaya – El Rompido. 63 km with 900 m. difference in altitude.
